A significant milestone in our sustainability journey is the establishment of a zero liquid discharge plant. Our facility processes over 70,000 cubic meters of fresh fruit oil palm annually, yielding approximately 50,000 meters of palm oil mill effluent. This effluent, containing 95% water and valuable organic matter, is expertly separated into water for reuse in the production process and dry organic matter sold as animal feed. This innovative approach effectively deals with high-organic-load wastewater that conventional methods struggle to address, allowing us to recycle resources and minimize environmental impact.

Our final solid product, resulting from this separation process, boasts an array of nutrients, including amino acids, protein, crude fat, crude fiber, starch, sugar, and vital nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, enhancing its value as an animal feed ingredient.
